Morning Star is an independent creative community. By making an account you agree to these terms and to the rules.

You are responsible for what you post and for keeping your password to yourself. One person, one account.

Your work stays yours. By posting it you let Morning Star store it and show it to the people you have allowed, and nothing more. You can remove it whenever you like.

Only post what is yours or what you have clear permission to share. Do not save, re-upload, trace or train anything on another member's work.

Staff may remove content, restrict an account or remove it for good when the rules are broken. Serious breaches, such as scams, doxxing and credible threats, can mean permanent removal.

If you think a decision was wrong, tell a member of staff. A person looks at it again.

Commissions are agreements between a member and a creator. Morning Star does not hold money and cannot guarantee a deal, so agree price, scope and deadline in writing and only pay people you are comfortable with.

Donations are voluntary gifts that help keep the site running.

The site is in early development. Features will change, and it may be unavailable at times. We take care of your data, but we cannot promise that nothing will ever go wrong, so keep your own copy of anything you cannot lose.

To the extent the law allows, Morning Star is not liable for losses that come from using the site.

These terms may change as the site grows. The date at the top shows the latest version, and carrying on using the site means you accept it. They are governed by the law of England and Wales.
